I write mostly memoir and poetry — reflecting on my experiences as a father, son, husband, and brother. Sometimes I dabble in fiction. My most recent venture is travel writing: family day trips, extended vacations, and the full emotional experience of being a Buffalo sports fanatic. #GoBills

My work has been recognized by AWP and the Desert Rat Residency. I earned my MFA in Creative and Professional Writing at Western Connecticut State University, where my thesis explored growing up in the 80s and 90s — and how those years quietly shaped the man I became.
